Job Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
· Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
· Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
· Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
· Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.
· Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
· Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.
Job Requirements:
· More than 10 years in the relevant field is required
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
· Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
· Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Vehicle sales: 8 years (Preferred)
