  • Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance even after the sale is completed.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.
  • Ability to assess the condition and value of vehicles accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and consignors.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies to secure favorable deals for both the buyer and the seller.
  • Familiarity with computer software and online platforms used for listing and marketing consigned vehicles.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the automotive industry.
  • A valid Singapore driving license is typically required for test driving vehicles and transporting customers if necessary.
