  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

· To handle full set of account including preparation of GL, AR, AP, Balance Sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting.

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Handle Petty Cash.

· Conduct monthly bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company reconciliations.

· Preparation of quarterly GST report for submission.

· Maintain fixed assets register and disposal matter.

· To provide financial data analysis to management.

· Assist to the preparation of monthly cash flow projections.

· SAP system administrator

· Handle any ad hoc assignments from management.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in finance or accounting.

· Min 2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in SAP system is advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • full set accounts: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
