Responsibilities:

* Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our dedicated team of student care staff to deliver the highest standard of care and support

* Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and community partners to create a seamless support network for our students

Qualifications

* Diploma / Degree or minimum 2 years SCC experience.

* A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives.

* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with students, families, and colleagues.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Attendance bonus
• Performance bonus

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

Experience:

• student care: 2 years (Preferred)
