  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Contract Position (Renewable): Full-time, 5 days' work week

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients as they enter and exit the store.
Efficiently assess client needs to manage traffic flow.
Engage with clients in both physical queues and in-store who are waiting for assistance.
Address client expectations regarding estimated wait times.
Assist clients with directions and maintain good knowledge of the surrounding area.


Job Requirement:

Min with 1 year of experience in customer service.
Good customer service skills are characterized by a friendly, warm, and gracious demeanour.
Proactive in addressing client needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Commitment to a yearly contract role.
