Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and feedback in our CRM/order management system.
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and results-driven.
Strong command of MS Office and/or SAP/ERP systems.
