Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.
Coordinate sales team meetings, and manage calendars, schedules, and client appointments.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.
Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and product presentations.
Track sales metrics, generate reports, and assist the sales team in meeting their sales targets.
Manage the CRM system, ensuring all client data is up to date.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Business, Marketing or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to generate professional minutes of meeting and presentations.
Familiar with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Must be sensitive to numbers and comfortable with medium to slightly complex calculations and able to use formula in Excel.
