Front-end customer service role with appointment-based interactions and occasional walk-ins

Collect feedback and Google reviews from customers
Monitor customer behavior for potential disturbances or security concerns and report to the duty manager
Occasionally assist with customer service ticketing inquiries
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Tech-savvy with good multitasking and communication skills
Comfortable working 2 weekend shifts per month with flexible weekday off
