Able to start immediately !!
Comfortable in wearing grade C cleanroom coveralls,
Comfortable with handling of cleaning disinfectants such as Chlorine and IPA,
Able to carry 20kg of loads
Able to work in a TEAM
Physically fit
Free transport provided daily @CCK & Jurong
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (including Public Holiday) -7.15am to 3.30pm
-Willing to do Overtime during public holiday
Job Scope:
MATERAIL HANDLER /PACKER : Perform packaging of ophthalmic products that meet quality and output requirements. - .
• Follow adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Placing empty cartons and inserts on the machine and supporting simple data entry.
• Putting bottles in the carton for the manual carton.
• Moving ejected / rejected cartons / bottles to the inspection table in the packaging section and supporting re-work.
• Movement of goods on pallets using manual pallet jacks.
• Taping, labelling, stacking of corrugated boxes onto pallets and placing cartons in the shipper.
•Transfer of materials into cleanroom areas.
•Wiping down of trolleys, equipment, furniture, and materials using chlorine 1000ppm and 70% IsoPropyl Alcohol (IPA) in cleanroom environment.
•Able to plan and coordinate which materials belongs to which production batch.
