Key Responsibilities:
Handling calls and general administrative duties.
Attending to customers' enquiries/ complaints.
Preparing quotations, invoices and delivery orders.
Generating letters and reports as and when required.
Keeping track of incoming and outgoing job units.
Liaising with service engineers, technical managers and suppliers to ensure timely job completion.
Sending and following-up with due date reminders.
Issuing, registering and maintaining all documents and data in accordance to the quality system.
Key skills and experience:
1-2 years’ experience in clerical/general administration or equivalent.
Must be customer oriented, very organized and meticulous, and able to multitask.
Familiarity with MYOB will be an added advantage.
Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation will be an added advantage.
