Responsible to perform facial and body treatments’ services according to the required standards set by the Company
Conduct customers’ skin analysis and recommend the correct treatments
Provide the appropriate body consultation and recommend correct body treatments
Responsible in achieving the product sales targets
Comply with service procedures set by the Company
Ensure total customers’ satisfaction after each treatment during the treatment therapy
Promote and make appropriate recommendations on skin care products to Customers
Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.
What does it take to be a Body / Spa therapist
Results and service oriented
Self-motivated and a team player
Experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related
Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
Relevant beauty certificates OR three (3) years’ experiences in beauty industry
