Our warehouse assistant is responsible for ensuring product flow through the warehouse. In addition to general operations, the position will require someone physically fit and able to lift and move stocks safely.



Responsibilities

Receiving Goods: Unloading shipments, verifying received items against packing lists, and reporting discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating inventory management systems.
Order Picking: Locating and gathering items for customer orders, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing.
Packing and Labeling: Preparing items for shipment by packing them securely and labeling packages correctly.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse organized and clean, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Ad hoc Tasks: Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by warehouse management.



Requirements

Highly responsible and reliable
Able to carry heavy goods (10kg to 20kg)
Able to work in cold room temperature (15 degrees) for long hours
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team



Other Information

Working location @ Interlocal Centre (Pasir Panjang MRT)
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1 hour break)
Air conditional environment
At least 3 months of commitment

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
