Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm
Job Duties:
Organize and maintain science laboratories, ensuring the environments are safe, clean, and conducive for teaching and learning.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, facilitating smooth passage of safety inspections.
Prepare and arrange equipment and resources before lessons.
Maintain laboratory inventory, monitor supply levels, and ensure necessary materials are available.
Assist teachers and students during science lessons with equipment setup and technical advice, where necessary
Provide support in handling specialized equipment like microscopes and data loggers, where necessary.
Relieve teachers of administrative duties by managing laboratory-related paperwork and organizing resources.
Assist in administrative duties for Science Competitions and other Science related activities, where required.
Assist teachers during hands-on to address the needs of students, providing extra support, when required.
Assist in checking the safety and cleanliness of the selected areas in the garden that supports Science learning.
Requirements:
Experience working in a Primary/ Secondary school environment as a Sc Lab staff for the past 2 years
Knowledge in MS Office
