Job Description:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and postage.
Coordinate with courier services for pickup and delivery of packages.
Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
Update and maintain the mailroom database or tracking system to ensure all mail is properly accounted for.
Ensure the mailroom is organized and that all equipment is in good working order.
Assist staff with their mailing needs, including special delivery requests and packaging guidance.
Requirements:
Minimum “O” Level certification
Minimum 1-year experience in mailroom, courier service, logistics; and/or 2-years’ experience in retail industry
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Willing to be deployed across different sites on short notice
Willing to OT as per required
