Job Description

Manage general inquiries and appointment-related requests for the hospital through various channels, including calls, e-faxes, referrals, emails, SMS chat, and live chat
Understand caller needs and deliver complete, accurate information, consistently going above and beyond to assist with all inquiries and requests
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely follow-up with callers and patients across all communication methods
Collaborate as a team to meet contact centre objectives, focusing on personal productivity and departmental metrics such as service levels and abandonment rates
Update and submit reports and documentation promptly based on operational requirements




Job Requirements

GCE O Level
and above
1-2 years
of relevant experience will be advantageous
