Executive Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Create, deliver and coordinate our marketing activities, including digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional materials.
• Enhancing our current marketing strategies, monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Support the marketing function with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Collaborate and build relationships with new and existing partners, customer on day-to-day operational task
• Deliver excellent customer service across stakeholder groups internally and externally
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing Department to achieved KPI.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
