Job Purpose and Content
- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
- Manage Customer Consignment Programs
- Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) &
On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4-
- Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement.
- Update Customer Price Books
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
- Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
- Build and maintain a good customer relationship
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
