Job Descriptions
- Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately input and update data into the company’s database.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and maintain reports based on data entered, including periodic summaries and status updates.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and servicing as needed.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
- customer service to customer via whatsapp/sms/emails for arrangement of servicing & customer feedback
- preparing contracts for new equipment on rental / sale
- Personal Assistant to the Director
- Manage the director schedule
- Any other duties as assigned by your superior
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Positive, cheerful and bubbly personality
- Independent
- computer and software system savvy
- Work location: 23 Tuas South St 1 S(638033)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm.
