Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customers' satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor and supervise new staffs providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Foster a positive working environment and team cohesion.
  • Address customers complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor customers' feedback and implement improvements.
  • Recruiting, conducting training and oboarding for new employees.
  • Schedule shifts and manages employees' workloads.
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishments.
  • Conducting regular stock audits and management stock discrepancies.
  • To perform cashiering function and manage opening/ closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions.
  • Track sales targets and performances monitoring.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.
Job Requirements:
  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Proven experience in a retail sales/ F&B environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Managerial role.
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
