Project Description: Virtual Wafer Fab Cleanroom Navigator

Job Scope: We are seeking creative and technically skilled interns to join our team in creating a new innovation which will allow Micron team members to virtually navigate and view different areas of Micron Wafer Fab Cleanroom. This solution is akin to "Google street view", providing a seamless and immersive experience to view the wafer fab cleanroom without the need for physical presence; resulting in productivity gains by reducing the need for frequent onsite assessments. Implementation wise, this project is potentially able to leverage on existing applications such as by installing additional image/video capture hardware on existing Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) or Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) that is already in operation inside the wafer fab, which is currently used for point-to-point material delivery.

Deliverable: Working prototype that can capture 360 degree images at different points of the wafer fab cleanroom; basic GUI (preferably web-based) and database structure to store images; ability to refresh the images minimally on a daily cadence.
