Supply Chain& Project Analyst (2yrs Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions
• Planning and managing projects from start to finish
• Coordinating project resources effectively
• Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
• Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
• Implementing project management best practices and methodologies
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or risks identified
• Conduct data analysis and generate SCM KPI reports to provide insights into supply chain performance
• Prepare, monitor and analyze SCM KPI to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Have a project management experience. PMP certificate is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in SCM, Project Management or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with system implementations
• Strong data analytic skills with large data systems
