• Prepare , cook and present food effectively and efficiently
• Ensure all cooking equipment are clean and kept properly.
• Monitor food quality and adjust cooking processes to ensure optimal results.
• Upkeep hygiene and cleaning of kitchen.
• Assist in food-ordering and stocking levels.
• Assist in keeping food wastage to a minimum.
• Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.
