Responsibilities:
Assist in serving and advising customers on their jewelry purchases
Upload jewelry products onto social media platforms and our website
Assist in the daily setup and organization of the shop
Ensure the shop is maintained to a high standard of presentation
Provide support in managing online customer inquiries and orders
Participate in promotional and marketing activities
Basic housekeeping
Requirements:
Passion for jewelry and customer service
Good spoken English and Mandarin to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketplaces
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage but not essential
