This position is for an experienced individual with strong knowledge in networking and expertise in one of the following areas: routing/switching, SDN, Application Delivery Controller (ADC), network management, or security. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and will be responsible for transforming ideas, solutions, and proposals into technical blueprints. Additionally, they will lead project teams to manage complex technical setups.


Make an Impact by:

  • Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the network’s infrastructure design, integration, and operations.
  • Produce high level architecture designs to meet customer requirements for semi-complex (or) complex systems. Articulate with sufficient knowledge to convince and explain customer on the design.
  • Produce low level technical designs from high level architecture designs. Translate a broader infrastructure design or blueprint into technical specifications and details.
  • Refine design specifications and prototypes based on inputs from internal / external stakeholders.
  • Installs or removes hardware and/or software, using supplied installation instructions and tools including, where appropriate, handover to the client.
  • Develop a comprehensive testing plan to assess stability, suitability and performance of on-site infrastructure and systems.
  • Conducts tests, corrects malfunctions, and documents results in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Provides specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure best use is made of available assets, and to maintain or improve the installation service.
  • Develops installation procedures and standards, and schedules installation work.
  • Configures the hardware environment, produces integration test specifications, conducts tests and records the details of any failures.
  • Drive the troubleshooting with internal/external system components.
  • Reviews requirements and specifications and defines test conditions.
  • Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes.
  • Conducts tests as defined in an integration test specification, records the details of any failures, and carries out fault diagnosis relating to simple failures, reporting the results of the diagnosis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reviews test results and modifies tests if necessary. Provides reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project. Reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases. Provides specialist advice to support others.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree or Equivalent
  • 5-8 Years of Network Experience
  • Network specialization skillset in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Data Center solutions, SDWAN.
  • Good at problem solving
  • Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
  • CCNP & ASCP or ACMP
