  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Front Desk Guest Associates (Hotel)

Location: Telok Ayer

Pay: $12/hr

Working Hours: Min 2-3 days commitment per week, preferably weekends. Rotating shift (AM/PM)

Duration: Immediate to December 2024



Responsibilities:


Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
Provide a best-fit solution to fulfil the customer needs
Always ensure smooth efficient guest services
Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel
Any ad hoc duties assigned



Requirements:

Passionate in hospitality industry and takes pride in being a hotelier
Preferably has relevant hospitality experience

Loves interacting with guests and enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude and individually is a self-starter
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
Able to commit min 3 days per week, preferably weekends
Singaporeans only
Able to commit as per selected till year end
