Role Description

Due to business expansion, we are hiring a full-time Associate, Business Development. Reporting to the Lead, Marketing & Media, He/She will be responsible for undertaking end-to-end business development and sales activities for Cabinet and our Clients. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, delivering presentations, and effective communication to support business growth and client engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties

(For Cabinet and on behalf of Cabinet clients)

Business development and sales

  1. Hunter role – research, identify and call on all potential leads
  2. Execute full sales cycles includes prospecting, sales presentation to decision makers, preparation of quotations and sales closure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (Diploma holders with experience in business development or related field are welcome to apply)
  • 1 to 2 years of experiences in sales - experience in Solution sales is not compulsory, but preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end sales process, especially Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Strong individual contributor able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Due to the business nature of Cabinet, sales experience across multiple industries will be highly advantageous
