Position: Business Intelligence & Analytics Associate

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence & Analytics Associate to join our team. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives by leveraging data to inform decisions across the company. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, optimize operations, and contribute to our high-growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Utilize Tableau extensively to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze large sets of mobility and quick commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve our platform's performance and user experience.
  • Operational Optimization: Dive deep into operational metrics to enhance driver and rider interactions, optimize delivery services, reduce wait times, and increase trip and delivery completion rates.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Identify, prioritize, and solve complex business problems using analytics and sound business judgment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, finance, operations, and marketing teams to implement data-driven solutions that scale our business.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization within the mobility and quick commerce industry.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes using both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on Tableau best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tableau is essential, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
