Reporting directly to the Manager, the successful incumbent will support the end-to-end logistics processes by managing 3PL performance, identifying ways to reduce costs, and increasing efficiencies to improve the current logistics workflow.

- Work location: Central Region
- Work days/hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Sole contributor role in Singapore, team mates located overseas
- Oversee daily logistics operations (mainly sea shipments) and resolve any shipment issues when necessary.
- Identify potential risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Plan and monitor space utilization, particularly during peak shipment seasons from June through September of the year.
- Maintain data accuracy within internal systems.
- Prepare and conduct analysis on logistics reports, providing recommendations for management review.
- Maintain good relationships with 3PLs, and adhere to the company's KPIs and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and optimize operational workflows through data analysis.
- Collaborate with global offices and participate in virtual meetings across different time zones as needed.
- Train and advocate for supply chain and logistics initiatives across broader cross-functional teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in logistics and prior experience in arranging sea freight shipments from different points of origin to US/EU markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a must.
- Ability to extract data from multiple systems, manipulate it in Excel, and compile it into a comprehensive master list for decision-making in leadership meetings. Detail-oriented and highly sensitive to numbers.
- Must be comfortable attending virtual meetings across different time zones (usually 12 hours difference).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with native Chinese-speaking counterparts based in China.
