Follow the unloading of all raw material and additives
Record all packaging facts
Take sample and do analysis control
Detect and report any malfunction of the machines
Detect and report any non conformity on bags
Able to do front line trouble shooting of all packaging equipment
Work with maintenance staff to solve problems on production line
Chemical Technician
perform minor maintenance
performing checks, start-up and shutdown operations on process equipment such as pumps and compressors.
carry out filter changes
isolating piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade change and troubleshooting operations
adjusting process parameters to optimize process operations under supervision of Supervisors
commissioning and decommissioning of process equipment
performing emergency shutdown of process equipment
proper handing and blending of non-conforming and off specs products
preparing plant equipment for maintenance
preparing chemicals, including mixing and dilution, for process operations
performing inter-tank transfers of chemicals and products based on established quality procedures.
performing emergency response activities and drills
