Must have Skills : Sales cloud, Service cloud, Good To Have Skills : , Job Description : Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the overall solution design and implementation of Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architectural design and integration of Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud to meet business requirements and goals. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with best practices and architectural standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and other IT teams, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Integration Management: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and business process automation. Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce platforms for performance, scalability, and security, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, integration processes, and technical solutions. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices in Salesforce usage. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement in our Salesforce implementations. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelorâ€s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâ€s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent certifications. Additional certifications in specific clouds (Marketing, Service, Sales, Consumer Goods) are a plus. Technical Skills: i. Proficient in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration tools (REST, SOAP, etc.). ii. Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes within Salesforce. iii. Experience with marketing automation, customer service solutions, sales processes, and consumer goods industry-specific solutions. Soft Skills: i. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ii. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. iii. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. Familiarity with other CRM platforms and cloud services. Experience in the consumer goods industry or related sectors.
