Job Responsibilities:
Registration for patient & Appointment booking
Advice patients on the applications available in mobile app
Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
Able to manage cashiering duties
Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures
Assist doctors during the review consultation
Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements:
1 year and above of customer service related experience
