Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.
Working Conditions:
Require to work in the nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical activity may include standing, walking, and conducting patrols.
