Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized and tailored shopping experience.
- Anticipate and address clients’ needs, providing expert advice and recommendations on products.
Sales Excellence:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and cultivating repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury product offerings, including fashion, jewelry, watches and accessories.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience from start to end.
- Maintain client records and manage follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold and embody the values and image of our clients’ brands in every client interaction.
- Represent the brand at events and other promotional activities as required.
