A local educational organization is looking to hire a suitable candidate to join their team as a school receptionist.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general office administration duties (e.g. Make announcements via PA system, laminate documents, record incoming mails etc.)
Handle walk-in/phone enquiries or requests from stakeholders (e.g. Students, Parents, Vendors etc.)
Issue keys and forms (e.g. Application/GIRO forms)
Attend to students when injured or sick, provide basic first aid when needed
Maintain reports for office/phone enquiries and lost-and-found items.
Conduct document checks for MOE FAS applications
Prepare logistics necessary for meetings/school events
Schedule with vendors for transport/booking arrangements

Job Requirements:

Minimum O’ Level or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferable to have 1-2 years’ experience working as a receptionist
