Job Description

1. Will be responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure sufficient stocks for FairPrice Online

2. Manage inventory and stock level

3. Ensure stocks are made available at the right time with the right quantity

4. Liaise with suppliers to follow up and confirm delivery of order.

5. Assist in handling enquiries from various stakeholders

6. Employ data to support in managing the inventory, measure fulfilment and stock availability and forecast accuracy and data analysis

7. Coordinate with different departments regarding product related concerns such as listing, promotions, replenishment

8. Proactively take actions on near-to-expiring stocks and ensure low quantities for aging stocks

9. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



GCE ‘A’ Level/ GCE ‘O’ level/ NITEC with 2 years of relevant work experience in product knowledge

Proficient in MS Excel

Analytical, detailed and result oriented

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
