Summary of Responsibilities:
As a Banquet Dining Steward/ Stewardess, you will be essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Table and Station Preparation: Meticulously set up tables and side stations to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation prior to each meal service.
Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and graciously bid them farewell, ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience.
Efficient Food Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintenance of Standards: Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation and service areas, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in various tasks or duties as needed to support the overall success of event operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food and beverage service, particularly in banquet settings, is preferred.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
Demonstrates a friendly demeanour and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
