Job Duties:
Manage walk-in ticketing, retail, and lounge sales, addressing guest inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service
Execute end-to-end ticket sales and cashier duties
Promote ticket packages and special offers in the admission area
Assist in exhibition galleries and ensure the protection of artifacts
Facilitate guided tours for diverse groups
Conduct price tagging, stock takes, and merchandise replenishment
Maintain cleanliness in the work area
Keep accurate records of facility usage and charges in the system
Address guest needs, requests, and complaints
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Candidates with retail customer service experience will be highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to work on shifts including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays

Work Days: 2 days off 2 days (rotating shifts)
Work Hours: 0730H – 1930H, 0930H – 2130H, 1000H – 2200H, 1030H – 2230H
