Job Details:
- Salary: Basic up to $2200+ Shift Allowance + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm / 4:00 pm to 1:30 am
- Location: Upper Changi
Job Scope:
Manage the accurate transfer of parts and materials to and from the stockroom.
Verify and update stores inventory and shortage reports; locate and expedite necessary materials.
Follow IOMS guidelines to pack, bubble wrap machines, sub-assemblies, and modules.
Use routine work orders to ensure all required shipping documents are in place.
Prepare parts according to checklists and perform audits.
Assemble loose parts into systems if required before shipment.
Pack loose parts according to IOMS work instructions into different packages.
Perform documentation and quality checks before shipment.
Maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
Attend required health and safety training and adhere to safety and security policies, procedures, and practices.
Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to the supervisor or Safety department.
Follow operating instructions, use protective equipment when required, and use equipment and materials properly.
