Job Duties:
Handling promotion, events, and any other upcoming landside initiatives
Monitoring and handling of stock movements
Daily redemption of Changi Airport Program – Changi Rewards Points
Handling of stock movement from storeroom to counter
Usage of Inventory tracking sheet for each stock movement or redemption
To update start/end of shift stock in inventory spreadsheet and submission of daily report by end of shift
To assist with Premium redemption during the duration of the festive promotion period.
Adhere to SOPs on inventory stock take and be accountable for the quantity of premiums
To report immediately to the Team Leader and Project Executive for any discrepancy found
Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience
Candidates with retail customer service experience will be highly preferred
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Able to work on shifts including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays
Other Information:
Training: Provided
Work Days: 2 days off 2 days
Work Hours: 10am - 1030pm
