Responsibilities:

- Supervise, and implement programs for the class in alignment with the centre's policies and early childhood framework (curriculum provided).

- Perform routine caregiving tasks, ensuring each child's physical and emotional needs are met.

- Foster an open, friendly, and cooperative environment where children and parents feel welcomed, comfortable, and secure.

- Uphold high standards of safety and hygiene for all children under care.

- Provide enriching experiences that encourage individual expression through conversation, play, and creative interaction.

- Document each child’s progress through detailed reports and developmental portfolios.

- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and experience at the centre.

- Support children in managing separation anxiety during the transition into infant care, ensuring a smooth adaptation.


Job Requirements:
~ Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (CPT/HCIC/CIT/ACEY).

~ Certification in Preschool Teaching Fundamentals will be considered.

~ First Aid Certification is advantageous.~ Prior experience in toddler care will be highly regarded.

~ Passionate about nurturing infants and toddlers, with a strong commitment to their well-being and development.

~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

~ Trainee teachers undergoing certification in Early Childhood Care & Education are welcome to apply.
