Responsibilities:
Plan and Schedule Deliveries:
Develop and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and drivers to optimize delivery routes.
Supervise Drivers and Fleet:
Manage the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules and fuel usage.
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Inventory and Distribution Management:
Oversee the movement of goods from warehouses to distribution points.
Ensure inventory levels are adequate and efficiently allocated for distribution.
Cost and Efficiency Optimization:
Analyze transport costs and recommend solutions to improve cost-efficiency.
Implement process improvements in logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Levels and above.
Minimum two years of relevant working experience.
Experienced in managing a team is preferred (preferable in a logistics / warehouse capacity).
Technology savvy: Proficient in handling MS Office, apps, and data.
