Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for community engagement and partnerships, including scheduling, correspondence, contracts, and record-keeping.
Assist with coordinating events, workshops, and projects with partners.
Support the maintenance of partnership databases and tracking systems.
Prepare reports and presentations on engagement activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with the data team on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), helping gather and analyze data.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on partnership strategies and TNA findings.

Requirements:

Possesses minimum a Diploma, experience in event planning and co-ordination is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (power bi) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Keen interest in the Social Service sector with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
