  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/ deployed to work as a Store Development Administrator



Location: Harbourfront

Duration: One year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours

Salary: $4000 - $4500 monthly based on experience



Job scope:

Support day to day lease administration and provide effective communication, liaison coordination/ management

Assist with basic finances, such as creating budgets, forecasting and reporting with a focus on finding ways to optimise organisational and individual technology

Develop teamwork across departments , foster bond to ensure property management goals align with broad business objectives



Job requirements:

Prior property management skills is required, must have experience dealing with multiple properties

Attain minimally a Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Legal studies or any related field

3 years of experience in commercial/ retail real estate is preferred

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work proactively as a part of a committed team
