  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsible for ICA scanning area such as to ensure bags are open, label each screened articles with number stickers and arrange in respective RC’s.
Ensure damaged mails are packed and sealed
Open and induct registered / Airsure bags and distribute articles appropriately, arrange foreign bags from staging area to Foreign room.
Carry out local & foreign IC duty.
Process and despatch adecouvert (AV2) articles to ATC.
Managed retained items to ICA.
Scan undeliverable articles into ECR for future customer enquiry
Support preparation of annual statistics activities
Check & replenish any expendables such as empty orange colour bags.
Cover night shift duty as and when required; do balancing and record carried forward foreign bags, Airsure bags and ICA RC’s at the end of shift.
Ensure work area cleanliness and tidiness at the end of the day
Particiate in Kaizen projects
Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor

Requirement


Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts - 1 week of Morning shift , 1 week of Afternoon shift and 2 weeks of Night Shift
Morning shift: 9am to 6pm , Monday to Saturday
Afternoon shift: 12pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday & Sunday
Night shift: 10pm to 7am, Monday to Friday
Must Have 1 year supervisory experience
