Responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate with appointed artists, contractors and partners as well as internal Divisions through emails, calls and meetings for the preparation and execution of National Event
Engage potential performing groups in overseas countries to participate in Event
Liaise with relevant authorities for e.g. foreign dignitaries residing in Singapore for support of overseas performing groups to participate in Event
Coordinate the submission of heartlands details from 5 districts
Preparation of programming and information kit
Monitor and disseminate all related programme information to all organisers
Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating, compiling and producing data and report for the programmes, when necessary
Requirements:
Singaporeans only.
Possesses minimum a Diploma in Events Management or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with additional commitments on weeknights/weekends leading up to event.
