Job Responsibilities:
· Gather data and information required for manpower reporting and surveys
· Prepare and clean data to ensure quality and usability for further analysis and future retrieval
· Conduct basic analysis of statistics for understanding of manpower trends
· Support the review of processes and implementation of workforce solutions and interventions
· Provide administrative support to the team as required (e.g. scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders)

Requirements
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
