Job Responsibilities:
Process incoming shipments and related documentation
Scan shipment items using the customer's warehouse management system
Ensure timely updates of documentation
Coordinate with relevant teams for outgoing or return shipments
Assist with month-end stocktaking
Process sales orders using the SAGE system
Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support
Perform administrative tasks including filing and processing documentation
