Job Description
Responsible for preparation in the kitchen
Checking & managing stock, including the receipt of deliveries and goods
Support achieving budgetary targets
Assist with menu creation
Support high standards of food production consistently
Maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Support processes & procedures in place including HACCP, Health & Safety and ensure due diligence
Ensure that the kitchen is always clean and meets the standards of HACCP and other government regulations.
Responsible for maintaining the raw material inventory based on the daily orders and liaising with the Chef de Cuisine
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Preferably with a Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Arts
1 year of working experience in a similar capacity, preferred in Western/ fine dining cuisine.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude
Other Information
5 days of work, including weekends and PH (Off days is on Mon and Tue)
Working hours: 11 am to 2.30 pm then break, continue 5.30pm to 10pm
Location: 36 Swiss Club Road (Transport provided at Sixth Ave MRT)
