  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

- Handling day to day shipment, attending customer enquiries, follow up & monitoring till shipment closure.
- Liaise with courier / forwarder for shipment booking arrangement, ensure all shipment booking & documentation are handled in a timely manner, attend email promptly.
- Back up / cover when there is manpower down & handle any other ad-hoc job assigned. (e.g. receive incoming cargoes, picking, packing & cycle counting)
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of warehouse area.
- Demonstrate commitment to all safety standard at all times.

Requirements

1. 'O' level and above
2. Computer literacy
3. Order processing
4. Customer Service skill
5. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
