We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a keen understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive our organisation’s growth through talent management.

What will I be doing?

1. End-to-End Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and provide support throughout the process.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Manage offer negotiations, oversee the onboarding process, and facilitate smooth integration for new hires.
  • Plan structured onboarding programs and orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-acquainted.
  • Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and tracking trends to recommend improvements.
  • Build a talent pool for future recruitment needs.

2. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

  • Act as the main contact for employees to address workplace concerns.
  • Facilitate resolution of disputes through fair discussions and mediations.
  • Document and handle disciplinary actions while maintaining compliance.
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict management.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs to address them.
  • Plan and coordinate internal workshops and external courses.
  • Organize training logistics and evaluate effectiveness through feedback.
  • Create development plans and career paths to support employee growth.

4. Performance Management:

  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and expectations.
  • Track employee performance, conduct formal reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Develop action plans for underperforming employees and monitor progress.
  • Identify high performers and recommend development opportunities.

5. HR Policy, Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with local laws and company guidelines.
  • Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
  • Oversee routine HR operations, such as leave processing and compliance checks.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
  • Provide strategic HR recommendations to support company growth and ensure operational excellence.

6. Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Plan team-building activities and engagement events.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Implement retention strategies to keep top talent engaged and motivated.

What is required of me?

  • 4-5 years of solid HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle HR issues independently and build positive relationships.
